2.Put the logo on the clothes ;

3.Set the temperature about 155-165℃;

4.Set the time ,heat press the front 5 seconds, then heat press the back 15 seconds;

5.Keep the pressure is 3-5kg;

6.Peel off the film after cooling completely.
